Galloway has worked in commercial real estate assets for two years. He was previously part of a consulting group at Ernst & Young that specialized in commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions.
Jennifer Lester will join Newmark Moses Tucker Partners in Little Rock as chief operating officer on Jan 1.
Lester is currently a principal in Union Plaza Commercial Real Estate, where she has managed the 21-story Union Plaza building in downtown Little Rock for the past two decades.
A certified property manager, Lester is a two-time past president of BOMA Greater Little Rock, a past president of the BOMA Southwest Region and a past president of Arkansas Chapter 64 of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Jacob Bass has joined the mechanical engineering department of Cromwell Architects Engineers in Little Rock as an engineering designer.
Bass moved to Little Rock from Atlanta, where he worked for CHA Inc. after completing a degree in mechanical engineering at North Carolina State University in 2018.
Ryan Bolduc, who works in Cromwell’s Energy Services Department, has been certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau as a professional in whole building technical commissioning of new construction.
Bob Strahan, formerly vice president of sales, assumed the position of president of Windsor Door of Little Rock in July. Strahan has worked for the garage door manufacturer for more than 30 years.
