Sale of Walgreen’s, Kum & Go, Butcher Shop & More Generates Million-Dollar Deals

A quartet of commercial transactions crossed the $1 million finish line.

The biggest of the lot weighed in at $6 million for the Walgreen’s at 2500 McCain Blvd.

WG North Little Rock AR Landlord LLC of Atlanta bought the project from Waltrust Properties Inc. of Deerfield, Ill.

Another sale-leaseback deal in North Little Rock followed at $3 million.

ATIQ II LLC, led by Omar Atiq, acquired the Kum & Go convenience store at 5214 JFK Blvd. The seller was KG Store 144 LLC of Des Moines, Iowa.

Meanwhile in west Little Rock, a 33,720-SF office building and a restaurant changed hands.

Herbert and Barbara James sold the 324 Executive Court building for $1.8 million to KRL Properties LLC, led by Mark and Kim Leverett.

10825 Hermitage LLC, led by Alvin Watkins, purchased the Butcher Shop at 10325 Hermitage Road for $1.6 million.

The seller? Day One Ltd., Dennis Day.
