Santos Moves Up at Arvest (Movers & Shakers)

Deysi Santos has been promoted to business development officer at Arvest Bank in Little Rock. She also is a vice president and has been with Arvest for 11 years, most recently as a branch sales manager.


Andrew Hadley and Rebecca McEachern have been promoted to senior manager in the tax division at the Little Rock office of the HoganTaylor accounting firm as part of a number of promotions effective Jan. 1. Hadley joined the firm in 2017 after earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. McEachern, who has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, joined the firm in 2018.

Leah McLain was promoted to consulting executive in HoganTaylor’s business advisory division, where Karla Davidson was promoted to director of client accounting services and Stephanie Butcher to senior consultant. McLain and Davidson both joined the firm in 2018 and Butcher in 2019.

Taylor Beach, Spencer Freyaldenhoven and Nathan Pruitt, who all joined HoganTaylor in 2018, were promoted to managers in the tax division. Sarah Coles, Abby Perdue, Alex Ross, Reed Walsh and Joe Sellers, who all joined the firm in 2018, have been promoted to seniors in the tax division. Coles, Perdue, Ross and Walsh work in Little Rock; Sellers works in Fayetteville.

Elisha Johnson, who joined the firm in 2015, was promoted to manager in risk assurance, where Mary Carol Majors was promoted to senior after joining the firm in 2016.

Abby Talley was promoted to manager in HoganTaylor’s assurance division, where Taylor Henrichson, J.F. Matros, Katie Smith and Ben Jones are now seniors. Talley, Henrichson, Matros and Smith were hired in 2018 and all work in Little Rock, while Jones joined in 2017 and works in the Fayetteville office.
