As senior VP of small and medium-sized business sales and marketing, Sarah Day will oversee all aspects of Windstream’s relationship with small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers, including sales, customer care and product marketing.
“Sarah is an extremely talented marketing and organizational leader,” said Jeff Gardner, president and CEO of Windstream. “Bringing together the SMB sales and marketing organizations under her able leadership will enable us to sharpen our focus on a very important channel for Windstream.”
Day was formerly vice president of consumer marketing for Windstream. She previously had held a variety of marketing leadership roles at Windstream and Alltel Wireless.
Day has an MBA in marketing from Wake Forest University and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Notre Dame.
