Pleasant Valley home in Little Rock purchased by Bryan and Sarah Sanders.
Former White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders and her husband Bryan have purchased a home in Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood for $600,000.
The couple bought the 4,746-SF home from Ben and Kyle Noble. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $480,000 from Centennial Bank.
The deal was reported in this week’s Real Deals column.
Sanders, the daughter of former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, moved back to Arkansas after serving three years as press secretary. In September, she signed with Fox News as a contributor.
She is widely considered to be a possible candidate for Arkansas’ 2022 gubernatorial race. Last week, she appeared at the state Capitol with state Attorney General Leslie Rutledge to file paperwork putting President Trump on the ballot in Arkansas for re-election.
The Pleasant Valley residence previously was tied to an August 2019 mortgage of $245,000 held by Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart.
The Nobles purchased the property for $640,000 in May 2009 from Larry and Janice Walther.
