Dr. Sarika Savajiyani has joined CHI St. Vincent Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Clinic in Little Rock as a new pulmonologist. She will also see patients at the CHI St. Vincent North Multispecialty Clinic in Sherwood.

Savajiyani earned her medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale. She completed her residency in pediatrics and internal medicine at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, where she also completed her fellowship training in pulmonology and critical care.


Dr. Edward T.H. Yeh has been named chair of the Department of Internal Medicine and the Nolan Family Distinguished Chair in Internal Medicine in the College of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Yeh is set to take on his new role Nov. 1. Yeh is a cardiologist and leading expert in the field of onco-cardiology. He currently serves as Frances T. McAndrew Chair in Oncology and directs the Center for Precision Medicine at the University of Missouri School of Medicine.

Yeh received his medical degree from the University of California at Davis and completed residency training in internal medicine at Children’s Hospital, San Francisco, and Boston VA Medical Center.

He continued his training with a research fellowship in immunology at Harvard Medical School, which was followed by a clinical fellowship in rheumatology at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Dr. Caleb L. Guthrey and Dr. Morgan Moore of the UAMS Neighborhood Clinic in Little Rock ()

Dr. Caleb L. Guthrey, Dr. Matther Crouch and Dr. Morgan Moore have joined the UAMS Neighborhood Clinic in Little Rock as internal medicine-pediatrics specialists.

Guthrey completed his medical degree and his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at UAMS.

Crouch, who is also an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, and earned his medical degree at UAMS.

Moore completed her residency and earned her medical degree at UAMS, where she is also an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine.


Jennifer James

Jennifer James has joined Baptist Health Urgent Care in Little Rock as a nurse practitioner. 

James most recently worked as a nurse at the Mediquick Clinic of North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.

James graduated summa cum laude, earning a master’s degree in nursing education with a clinical emphasis in psychiatric nursing, from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. She also ranked in the top fifth percentile on the American Academy of Family Nurse Practitioners certification exam.

Dr. Nicholas B. Wilson, Dr. Kevin M. Goodson and Dr. Jesse Abeler of Arkansas Surgical Hospital in North Little Rock ()

Dr. Jesse Abeler, Dr. Kevin M. Goodson and Dr. Nicholas B. Wilson have joined Arkansas Surgical Hospital in North Little Rock as orthopedic surgeons.

Abeler specializes in treatment of the hand and arm, particularly in cases of dislocation and trauma, Goodson specializes in treatment of the foot and ankle, and Wilson specializes in total hip and knee replacement surgery.
