Jim David Sims Farms Inc. purchased the Dortch Bend property, about 1.5 miles northeast of downtown Scott as the crow flies.

Seller: Scott Quality Products Inc., led by Maude Davis.

Over in Faulkner County, an Office Depot rang up a $3.25 million transaction.

Conway Towne Center LLC, led by Sam Alley, purchased the 102,616-SF store at 201 Skyline Drive in Conway.
