Sean Williams has been appointed CEO of First Financial Bank of El Dorado. “Sean Williams brings many years of experience as a successful bank leader and has helped FFB continue to grow its retail and lending operations,” Jeff Nolan, chair of the bank’s board of directors, said in a statement.
Williams joined First Financial Bank in late 2019 with the acquisition of First National Bank of Wynne, where he served as CEO. He has been instrumental in the growth of FFB’s retail and agriculture markets and has helped lead the bank’s ongoing technology advancement focus. Williams was the chairman of the Arkansas Bankers Association from 2016 to 2017.
Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business and economics as well as a master’s in agriculture from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
