Sentencing Delayed in Steve Clary Case

1 min read

Why wasn’t bankrupt Little Rock developer Steve Clary sentenced last week as scheduled?

U.S. District Judge Leon Holmes granted Clary’s motion to delay sentencing for “three or four weeks” due to deaths and illness in the family.

No new sentencing date had been set by press time. Clary pleaded guilty in federal court in February to a single count of mail fraud for misusing part of a bank loan back in 2008.
