1 min read

Cybersecurity firm Sequretek has partnered with the Arkansas Center for Data Sciences to help the India-based company fill about 50 positions at its U.S. headquarters in Little Rock.

The company said the positions will be filled over the next three years through a registered apprenticeship program it established with ACDC. Seven workers have already been hired in security operations and data analytics positions.

Under the arrangement, ACDS will handle project management and U.S. Department of Labor reporting requirements for Sequretek.

“Cybersecurity workforce development in Little Rock is the foundation for Sequretek’s growth in the U.S.,” CEO Anand Naik said. “The partnership with ACDS will allow us to jointly develop and nurture the right talent as we continue to augment our team here.”

Sequretek was founded in 2013. It employs more than 400 workers globally.

Saik said the company processed as many as two trillion cybersecurity-related events for its customers in 2022.

The company had revenue of $3.4 million fiscal 2021, according to a company profile published for the fall 2021 Finovate fintech conference.
