Kyle Jones purchased Service Plus Telecommunications of Russellville on Sept. 15 and now serves as its president, the firm announced Tuesday.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Kenny Biggs, former owner of Service Plus, remains as the firm’s general manager.
Its office is relocating to another space in Russellville, but there are no other changes anticipated for company employees, Jones said in a news release.
Service Plus offers telecommunications, networking, and structured cabling, as well as fire, security, and surveillance solutions for customers across the financial, education, government, and health care industries.
Jones said one of his priorities as its new owner is to expand into additional markets and increase the company’s offerings.
Biggs added that the business could potentially add new cloud-based and ISP services.
