Big homes in west Little Rock dominate this week’s installment of million-dollar real estate transactions:
- Gerry Riser sold a 7,768-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood to Kevin and Carrie Kuykendall for more than $2 million.
- Jillian George purchased a 5,827-SF home in west Little Rock’s Orle neighborhood for more than $1.5 million. Seller: Home Sweet Home Inc., led by Rebecca Voth.
- Sleepy Chiwawas LLC, led by John Cheairs, sold an eight-unit apartment building at 4611 Woodlawn Drive in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock for more than $1.4 million. Buyers: 4611 Woodlawn Properties LLC, led by Rush Deacon; and Equity IRA LLC, led by John Deacon.
- Rivercrest Group #1 LLC, led by Dr. Wesley Lane, bought a 3,783-SF home in the Walton Heights neighborhood of west Little Rock for $1.2 million. Seller: The Hannah Living Trust, led by Kevin and Wendy Hannah.
- Sara and Shariq Tariq sold their 5,418-SF home in west Little Rock’s Accadia Court neighborhood to Abul Kamal and Farzana Siddiqui for more than $1 million.
