Helen Shaw has been promoted to vice president-corporate security officer and facilities manager of Citizens Bank in Batesville. Shaw joined Citizens Bank in 2013 and was promoted to assistant vice president in 2017.

Josh Caldwell of Bryant joins Relyance Bank in Pine Bluff as the community president of Saline and Grant counties. He brings 16 years of banking experience to his new job.

Linda James joins the Relyance team as assistant vice president of retail banking. She has 18 years of experience in the banking industry.

Ashley Toler, with 27 years in the banking industry, has joined the bank as a loan assistant.

Joey Gieringer has been promoted to vice president and information security officer for Relyance Bank. His new role includes securing, monitoring and managing confidential information, as well as protecting against cybersecurity risks.


Pamela Smith

Pamela Smith recently joined Arvest Bank’s local board of directors in Little Rock.

Smith is communications director for the Little Rock School District.


John Ed Chambers III of Danville and Benny Harris of Russellville will be inducted into the Arkansas Tech University Hall of Distinction.

Chambers will be inducted in the distinguished service category while Harris will be inducted in the distinguished alumnus or alumna category.
