► Shelter Mutual Insurance Co. of Columbia, Missouri, sold its 23,476-SF office at 17 Corporate Hill Drive in west Little Rock for $2.8 million.

Buyer: Technology Drive LLC, led by Robert Sexton and Michael Rainwater.

► AARAV Development LLC, led by Ankur Patel and Chintu Magan, sold the 16-unit apartment building at 315 E. Sixth St. in downtown Little Rock for $2.7 million.

Buyer? Saxion Enterprises LLC, led by Zachary Saxion.

► Dustin Hughes Investment Properties LLC of Texarkana, Texas, bought the 15,138-SF Pro Source Floor Coverings showroom-warehouse at 10400 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.

Seller? Parke Family Investments LLC, led by Frank Parke III, John Parke and Emily Parke Stevens.

► Bristol Manor Townhomes LLC, led by Luis Velez, sold its namesake 19-unit project at 101 Ellis Drive in west Little Rock for nearly $1.3 million.

Buyers in an 85/15 split: Trapp Real Estate Florida LLC of Santa Rosa Beach and LAC Holdings LLC of Jackson, Wyoming.

► FCC Tract D Partnership, led by Ed Willis, bought the 6,982-SF office building at 8221 Ranch Drive in west Little Rock from Jason and Sarah Everett for $1.1 million.
