A convenience store, a pair of mansions, a trailer park and an apartment project: Welcome to this week’s string of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

► NLA Country Club CK LLC, an affiliate of Net Lease Alliance of Nashville, Tennessee, sold the Circle K project at 118 Country Club Road in Sherwood for more than $5.2 million.

Buyer? The Jack Pearce Revocable Trust of Wichita, Kansas.

► The AEEA Crestwood Trust, led by Lauren Landers, bought a 7,507-SF home in the Cliffewood neighborhood from Lee and Molly Owens for more than $3.3 million.

► The Lauren Elizabeth Landers Revocable Trust sold a 7,911-SF home in west Little Rock’s Chenal Circle neighborhood to John and Sandra Marshall for $2 million.

► Hillside Bayou MHP LLC of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, purchased its nearly 46-acre namesake mobile home park at 8105 Old Tom Box Road in north Pulaski County for $1.4 million from Hillside Bayou LLC of Brandon, Florida.

► The Jason Taylor Family Trust acquired the 18-unit Governor’s Court apartment project at 415 W. 18th St. in Little Rock for more than $1.1 million.
