► NLA Country Club CK LLC, an affiliate of Net Lease Alliance of Nashville, Tennessee, sold the Circle K project at 118 Country Club Road in Sherwood for more than $5.2 million.

► The AEEA Crestwood Trust, led by Lauren Landers, bought a 7,507-SF home in the Cliffewood neighborhood from Lee and Molly Owens for more than $3.3 million.
