► Rausch Coleman Homes Little Rock LLC of Fayetteville bought 84 residential lots in North Little Rock’s Country Club of Arkansas neighborhood for more than $3.9 million.

► Randy Wright Builders LLC sold a 5,700-SF home in northwest Pulaski County’s Mount Crest Estates neighborhood to Creshelle Nash for more than $1.7 million.

► Peter Treadwell Jr. and his wife, Laura, purchased a 1,888-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock for $1.6 million.
