The property was bought for $600,000 in April 1999 from Gerald and Nina Hughes.

The deal is financed with a seven-year loan of $801,000 from BOM Bank of Shreveport.
The 1.43-acre development was acquired in September 2006 as part of a $2.5 million deal with Denny’s Inc. of Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Baker Automotive LLC, led by Timothy Baker, purchased West End Garage & Wrecker at 8324 Stagecoach Road from Carol Hamilton.
The deal is funded with 10-year loans of $357,500 and $286,000 from First Security Bank of Searcy.
The 1.94-acre was bought in June 1971 deals with Roscoe Turley Sr. and his wife, Elizabeth, $10,000; and the estate of Roy Lee Turley, $5,000.
Industrial Buy

JG Standard LLC of Kansas City, Missouri, acquired the 1701 E. 14th St. project from Little Rock LLC of Topeka, Kansas.
The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $490,000 from Intrust Bank of Wichita, Kansas.
Little Rock LLC purchased the 2.32-acre development for $595,000 in April 2017 from Goldman & Co., led by Randy Pierce.
New Testament Transaction
An 8,350-SF church in Jacksonville changed hands in a $225,000 deal.
New Testament Holiness Church, led by Marcus Stevenson Jr., sold its property at 2311 Green Acres Road to Elsa Velazquez and Juan Guzman-Hernandez.
New Testament Holiness acquired the 1.47-acre development for $225,000 in September 2006 from First Freewill Baptist Church of Jacksonville.
