Sherwood Retail Center Sold for $4.1 Million

Sherwood Retail Center at 5450 Landers Road in Sherwood

A retail project in Sherwood, a Little Rock convenience store combo and a home in west Little Rock team up for this week’s installment of million-dollar real estate transactions.

♦ Liquid Texas LLC of Bee Cave, Texas, bought the 123,873-SF Sherwood Retail Center at 5450 Landers Road for more than $4.1 million.

Who sold the former Walmart Supercenter, now home to Overstock Furniture & Mattress, Mardel and Tractor Supply Co.? BRE DDR BR Sherwood AR LLC of New York.

♦ E-Z Mart Stores Inc., led by Sonja Hubbard, sold projects at 1321 Main St. in downtown Little Rock and 11724 Rainwood Road in west Little Rock for nearly $1.3 million.

Buyer: National Retail Properties Ltd. of Orlando, Florida.

That transaction marks National’s eighth commercial real estate acquisition in Pulaski County since 2010.

♦ The Morshedi Family Trust purchased a 4,898-SF house in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood from Randy Wright Builders LLC for $1 million.
