► HIRA 8500 AR 107 LLC of Walnut, California, bought the 2,990-SF Wendy’s at 8500 Hwy. 107 for more than $1.9 million from Sherwend LLC of Germantown, Tennessee.
► Fayetteville’s FDI Postal Properties II Inc., led by James Frey, sold the 10,891-SF post office at 13501 Otter Creek Parkway for nearly $1.8 million.
Buyer: APIF-Arkansas LLC, an affiliate of American Infrastructure Funds in Forest City, California.
► Two limited liability companies, led by David Bubbus, purchased the 225,650-SF warehouse project at 1600 Gregory St. for more than $1.6 million.
Anchor Realty Investments LLC and 1600 Gregory Holdings LLC acquired the property from 1601 Gregory Holdings LLC, an investment group that included Rick Ferguson and originally led by Kevin Huchingson.
► The estate of Janet Bolton sold a 3,735-SF home in Little Rock’s St. John’s neighborhood for more than $1 million.
