Simmons Bank at 16600 Chenal Parkway in Little Rock

A bank branch in west Little Rock, a Faulkner County landfill, residential property in west Pulaski County, an office building in midtown Little Rock and undeveloped land in Maumelle form a five-piece set of multimillion-dollar real estate transactions.

► G.P. LLC, led by Dr. Chandra K. Khasgiwala of Andover, Massachusetts, purchased a 2,943-SF Simmons Bank office at 16600 Chenal Parkway for nearly $2 million.

Sellers: 16600 CP Properties LLC, led by Walter Ebel, 58.5 percent; JPL Family LLLP, led by Jason LaFrance, 21.5 percent; Jayhawk Holdings LLC, led by Joe Cartwright, 15 percent; and MAB Realty Trust, led by Mark Bentley, 5 percent.

► Alternative Waste Management LLC, led by Dale Stevener, sold its 59-acre landfill at 43 White City Road near Mayflower for nearly $1.9 million.

Buyer: AWM Acquisition Inc., led by David Steinmetz.

► The Nature Conservancy added to its holdings in the Nowlin Creek watershed with a $1.2 million acquisition of 40 acres.

The sale by Jason and Sarah Everett included two houses of 5,865 SF and 1,753 SF at 11113 Barrett Road.

► American Cancer Society Inc. sold its 13,056-SF office building at 901 N. University Ave. for $1 million.

Buyer: 901 University LLC, led by Brock Martin III.

► Daryl Brock Custom Homes Inc. of Conway bought 14.5 acres in Maumelle on the west end of Carnahan Drive between Audubon and Club Manor drives for $1 million.
