Simmons Bank Opens Regional Office in Jonesboro

Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff on Wednesday marked the grand opening of a regional office in Jonesboro.

The 19,790-SF office at 1720 S. Caraway Rd. in Jonesboro is the lender’s 64th full-service branch in Arkansas. It features four drive-through lanes and an ATM with deposit capabilities. Flynco Inc. of Little Rock was the contractor and Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects of Little Rock was the architectural firm.

“With this new regional office, Simmons Bank is expanding its presence to better serve the community and local businesses in Northeast Arkansas,” Kent Bridger, regional community president for Simmons Bank, said in a news release. “Our commitment to providing personalized financial services to Jonesboro and the surrounding areas is stronger than ever. We are excited to offer a comprehensive range of financial solutions that empower local residents to build brighter futures and help business thrive.”

Simmons Bank has $26.9 billion in assets. It has 222 branches across six states. The bank recently closed 12 branches in major Texas markets in a strategic consolidation move.
