Simon Property Group of Indianapolis announced Monday that it has named Lisa Meyer general manager of McCain Mall in North Little Rock.
Meyer has been the mall’s director of marketing and business development. As general manager, Meyer is responsible for managing the mall’s day-to-day operations, leasing, maintenance, business development, budgeting and more.
“I am thrilled to be general manager of McCain Mall,” Meyer said in a news release. “I love this mall and have spent many wonderful years here. I appreciate our tenants, shoppers and the community for making my job fun everyday. I look forward to giving my best in this new position.”
Meyer succeeds Charles Tarkington, recently named general manager at Battlefield Mall in Springfield, Mo., also owned by Simon.
Meyer joined Simon in 1990. During her time with the company, she has been mall manager, marketing director, area marketing director and regional marketing director.
McCain Mall is anchored by Dillard’s, JC Penney, Sears and the Regal Cinemas Stadium 12 & PRX movie theater. It has more than 80 shops and restaurants. The mall completed a multimillion-dollar renovation last year.
