Single-Family, Multifamily Permits Down in Q3, FDIC Report Says

Single-family home permits and multifamily permits were both down in the third quarter, according to a state profile of Arkansas released Monday by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

Single-family permits were down 1.6 percent from a year ago, while multifamily permits were down 33.9 percent from the same time period of 2013. 

The Home Price Index was up 2 percent, and nonbusiness bankruptcy filings were 3.58 per 1,000 people. Check below for detailed charts.
