Six Properties Lead Recent Six-Digit Deals

Three homes and three commercial properties compose this week’s installment of million-dollar Pulaski County real estate deals.

• The biggest of the commercial trio is a 3.2-acre office site in Little Rock’s Riverdale area: $1.85 million.

Martial Arts Services Inc., an affiliate of Little Rock’s American Taekwondo Association, acquired the land on the south side of Riverdale Road between Brookwood and Riverfront drives.

Can you say future world headquarters of the ATA? That’s the intention.

Seller: Goldthwaite Corp., led by Lee Bodenhamer.

• A 15.1-acre residential spread on the Arkansas River in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.9 million.

Prabhu Govindarajulu and Deepa Rajkumar bought the 9,152-SF house from the namesake trusts of Stephen Myers and Siobhan Rigney-Myers.

• An 8,245-SF retail project to house Verizon Wireless and Mattress Firm in west Little Rock is in motion after a $1.8 million transaction.

CHI-Little Rock LLC of Greenville, S.C., purchased the 2.08-acre site at 11400 Cantrell Road from Pleasant Ridge LLC, led by Lou Schickel.

• A 4,591-SF home in Little Rock’s Sherrill Heights neighborhood rang up a $1.05 million sale.

The Sorrells Joint Revocable Trust, led by Kent and Melissa Sorrells, acquired the house from Mark Nichols.

• A 4,526-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock also changed ownership in a $1.05 million transaction.

James McHugh and Christine Althoff bought the house from Eric and Amy McCay.

• A 6,751-SF office building in Little Rock’s Riverdale area sold for $1 million.

Cliff Lee Enterprises LLC purchased the 1401 Mart Drive project. The namesake limited liability company of major league pitcher Cliff Lee acquired it from Mart Drive LLC, led by Philip Tappan and Wayne Moore.
