Southern Bancorp Hires Charles Blake as Little Rock Market Executive (Movers & Shakers)

Charles Blake has been hired as Little Rock market executive at Southern Bancorp Inc. of Little Rock. In this new role, Blake will plan, direct and implement business development and community outreach initiatives in and around Little Rock. He previously was chief of staff for Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr.

Chris Creswell has been hired as managing director of credit trading at Crews & Associates Inc. of Little Rock. He will be responsible for trading investment-grade credit. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking.


Regan Holland
Regan Holland (First Service Bank)

Regan Holland has been promoted to administration support manager at First Service Bank of Greenbrier. In her new role, she will lead and support the administration team. She has been with First Service Bank for almost three years, currently serving as accounts payable manager.

Dale Reed has been appointed market president of Grand Savings Bank of Washington County. He will be over western Washington County. He previously was a vice president/commercial banker at Arvest Bank.


Angela Griffin has been hired as an administrative assistant at the Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation of Little Rock. She previously served 23 years at Arkansas Farm Bureau Insurance. Additionally, Jay Robbins has been hired as director of national affairs. He previously was director of government relations for the Arkansas Bar Association.


Jeff Chastain has been hired as director of communications at the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau. He will manage a variety of communications and media relations strategies and activities to support the bureau’s tourism efforts. He has more than 20 years of experience, previously serving with E.C. Barton & Co. for 16 years.
