Accounting

Collins Cook, a certified public accountant, has been promoted to chief accounting officer at Southern Bancorp Inc. of Arkadelphia. Cook served as the organization’s controller for more than a decade.

Banking & Finance

Cara Brazeal, a certified public accountant, has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer at AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock. Brazeal joined AgHeritage as the company’s assistant controller in October 2020.

Julie Hamilton has been promoted to mortgage loan officer at the Bryant office of Arvest Bank of Fayetteville. Hamilton has more than two decades of banking experience, including four years in mortgage lending.

Laura Tucker has been hired as U.S. Department of Agriculture project manager at Stone Bank of Little Rock. In addition, Brad Keating has been hired as the assistant branch manager of the Chenal location in Little Rock, and Jackson Murray has been hired as a commercial loan officer at the Harrison branch.

Rankin Teeter has been hired as a trust officer and vice president, operations at McGehee Bank of McGehee.

Business Services

Jacob Bird has been promoted to vice president of operations at CTEH LLC of North Little Rock. Bird, who previously served as vice president of logistics, has been with CTEH since 2012.

Construction

Lauren Fulmer has been promoted to director of operations at Watson Homes Inc. of Conway, and Ross Fulmer has been appointed project superintendent.

Health Care

Mark Hardin, a cardiothoracic surgeon with a focus on adult cardiac surgery, has been hired by the department of surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in Little Rock.

Michael Drake and Sukhmani Scott have been hired to the team of dental professionals at the Hawkins Rainwater Dental Group of Little Rock.

Sandra Johnson, a board-certified dermatologist in private practice in Fort Smith, has been appointed to the board of the American Academy of Dermatology of Rosemont, Illinois. Johnson is also an adjunct clinical professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Stephen Routon, a fellowship-trained breast imaging specialist, has been hired at The Breast Center at CARTI in Little Rock. Routon will see patients at the CARTI Breast Centers in Little Rock, North Little Rock and Pine Bluff.

Henry Goetze has been hired as an analyst for capital markets at Crews & Associates of Little Rock.

Legal

Blake Lewis has been hired to the real estate and commercial transactions group at the Little Rock office of Kutak Rock of Omaha, Nebraska. Lewis has nearly a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and real estate.

Brooklyn Parker has become a shareholder at the Jason Owens Law Firm of Conway, and the firm will now be known as the Owens & Parker Law Firm PA. Parker has been with the firm since 2019.

Sarah Holden has been hired as a litigation associate in the Little Rock office of Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull PLLC of Little Rock.

Manufacturing

Brandy Thomas has been promoted to director of human resources shared services at Lexicon Inc. of Little Rock.

Nonprofits

Ed Clifford and the Northwest Arkansas Council will be awarded the 2025 Excellence in Free Enterprise Award from Economics Arkansas of Little Rock. Clifford is the former president and CEO of The Jones Center of Springdale.

Utilities

Diane Snyder, a secretary receptionist, is retiring this month after a 24-year tenure at Conway Corp. In addition, Hunter Fusilier has been promoted to operations center receptionist, and James Woolfolk, a lab technician, has earned his Class 1 wastewater treatment certification from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality in North Little Rock.

Scotty Bell, chief operating officer at the Conway office of Virco Manufacturing Corp. of Torrance, California, has been selected to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of Conway Corp.
