Spaces Storage Sells in $12.8M Transaction (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 584-unit mini-storage project in the Riverdale area of Little Rock weighed in at $12.8 million.

FultonBSH LRAR I LLC, an affiliate of City Line Capital of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, purchased Spaces Storage at 1700 Brookwood Drive. The seller is Spaces Riverdale LLC, led by Daniel Lusk.

The deal is financed with an $8.8 million loan from Wells Fargo Bank of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The 2.25-acre site was bought for $637,074 in September 2015 from Winrock International Institute for Agricultural Development.

Old Forge Center

A 13,168-SF retail project in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.25 million.

Momi Holdings LLC, led by Avta, Supreet and Simerdeep Momi, acquired the Old Forge Center at 9816 N. Rodney Parham Road.

The seller is Treasure Hill LLC, led by Phyllis Storthz and Sam Storthz III.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $1.2 million from Armor Bank of Forrest City.

The 1.33-acre site was assembled in two deals totaling $65,000.

The sellers were Birch-Brook Inc., an affiliate of Little Rock’s RPM Group, $60,000 in October 1971; and Seth and Yvonne Ward, $5,000 in August 1972.

Storm Sale

A tornado-damaged 110-unit apartment complex in Little Rock changed hands in a $1.5 million deal.

Robert Woller bought the 2000 Reservoir Road project from Roadside Properties LLC, led by Josef France.The deal is funded with a 20-year loan of $1.2 million from Stone Bank of Mountain View.

The 4.66-acre development was acquired in December 2021 as part of a $9 million deal with AM Capital Four LLC of Newport Beach, California.

Vault Acquisition

A 2,333-SF retail building in North Little Rock rang up a $200,000 sale.

HMD Holding LLC, led by Jered Hollis, purchased the Vault Tobacco project at 4311 E. Broadway from Bruce Thalheimer Jr.

Thalheimer provided a $175,000 mortgage to finance the deal.

The 0.95-acre property was assembled in two deals with Shelby and Thelma Knight, $30,000 in June 1966, and Birch-Brook Inc., $34,000 in November 1972.

Prospect Terrace

A 4,501-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood weighed in at $1.27 million.

Pittman Moore acquired the house from Chris Maris Custom Homes & Remodeling LLC.

The deal is backed with a one-year loan of $1.1 million from Little Rock’s Central Bank.

The 0.41-acre site was purchased in April 2021 as part of a $640,000 deal with the Laura Rasco Reeves Revocable Trust.

Edgerstoune Lane

A 2,923-SF home in west Little Rock’s Edgerstoune Lane neighborhood drew a $775,000 transaction.

Christy and Keith LeMaster bought the house from David and Jennifer Kawatu.

The Kawatus purchased the residence for $656,500 in June 2018 from Bart and Melisa Barlogie.

The Barlogies acquired the property for $590,000 in September 1999 from Charles and Linda Hicks.

Longlea Abode

A 4,986-SF home in west Little Rock’s Longlea neighborhood sold for $695,000.

Hunter Bowen and Mark Sanchez purchased the house from Christy Properties LLC, led by Chris Christy.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $590,750 from Guild Mortgage Co. LLC of San Diego.

Christy Properties bought the residence for $375,000 in August 2024 from Guarionex DeCastro.

Copper Run

A 2,999-SF home in west Little Rock’s Copper Run neighborhood is under new ownership after a $683,387 deal. Alex and Samantha Cope acquired the house from Bud Thomas Construction LLC.

Bud Thomas bought the 0.17-acre site for $90,000 in May 2024 from Coburn Construction LLC, led by Roger Coburn Jr.

Coburn Construction purchased the lot for $87,000 in October 2023 from Layman Lane LLC, led by Scott Hurley.

Cypress Point

A 3,409-SF home in west Little Rock’s Cypress Point neighborhood changed hands in a $610,000 deal.

Alex and Lisa Grinfeder bought the house from Lavender Investments LLC, led by Richelle Daniel.

Lavender Investments acquired the residential project for $285,000 in June 2002 from Bank of Little Rock.

The bank recovered the property in June 2002 to settle a $281,402 debt owed by EQ Custom Builders, led by Willie and Tammy Howard and Steve and Brenda Ficklin.

Ferry Street

Jeffrey Sand Co., led by Clay McGeorge, paid the Brainard Partnership $1.5 million for 1.3 acres on Ferry Street in North Little Rock.

Led by Jay Brainard, the partnership assembled the property in buys from Claude Wilson Jr. and his wife, Virginia, and Sarah Pruss, $100,000 in October 1999; Ronald Tullos, $24,000 in November 1999; and W&S Excavation Co., led by Wick Wilson, $41,000 in February 2000.
