Sparks Health System Names Brandon Bullard CFO

Brandon Bullard

The Sparks Health System of Fort Smith on Wednesday announced the hiring of Brandon Bullard, a certified public accountant, as its chief financial officer.

He most recently served as CFO of AllianceHealth Midwest of Midwest City, Oklahoma, and has more than 11 years of experience as CFO for for-profit and nonprofit health care facilities in Oklahoma and Texas.

Bullard also has experience with behavioral health, home health and bariatric service lines and operational experience at a critical access hospital.

He holds a bachelor’s of science in business administration degree from Oklahoma State University.

Sparks Health System includes Sparks Regional Medical Center, Sparks Medical Center–Van Buren, Sparks Clinic, Sparks PremierCare and the fully hospital-integrated Marvin Altman Fitness Center.
