The deal is funded with a six-month loan of $3.3 million from Relyance Bank of White Hall.
Splash Kiehl acquired the 0.94-acre site for $369,000 in December 2021 from Zeiler Real Estate LLC, led by Joseph Zeiler and Ruth Stovall.
Best Drive Buy
The 30,420-SF Best Drive project in North Little Rock weighed in at $2.89 million.
DFW Hospitality of Plano & Richardson LLC of Southlake, Texas, purchased the property at 1220 Baucum Industrial Drive from Dunn Investments LLC, led by David and Leslie Dunn.
The deal is financed with a three-year loan of $2.3 million from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
The 10.98-acre development was bought for $1.8 million in October 2013 from James and Myrna Glover.
Take 5 Transaction
A 1,618-SF oil change project in Maumelle sold for $1.52 million.
FCPT Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Four Corners Property Trust in Mill Valley, California, acquired a Take 5 Oil Change project at 12000 Crystal Hill Road in Maumelle from Driven Brands Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Driven Brands bought the 0.59-acre site in May 2024 as part of a $1.6 million deal with the Jim & Lynda Bowers Family Trust.
The trust purchased the land as part of deals with Nancy Patton, $118,000 in October 2005; and Wells Brothers LLC, led by Stephen Wells, $575,000 in January 2006.
Clinical Purchase
A 5,878-SF clinic in west Little Rock changed hands in a $1.25 million deal.
WE Realty Co., led by Codney Washington, bought the Rice Clinic at 1301 Wilson Road from RMR Properties LLC, led by Robert Rice.
RMR Properties provided a seven-year mortgage of $1.2 million to back the deal.
The limited liability company acquired the 1-acre site for $92,000 in December 2001 from Little Rock’s Baptist Health.
