A Zips Car Wash location in Springdale sold for nearly $4.4 million to an Arkansas investing group.
Cyark Siloam LLC bought the 3,180-SF tunnel car wash facility, which sits on 1 acre on West Sunset Avenue. Cyark is registered to Elizabeth Young and includes Denton Woods and Ken Childress.
United Bank in Springdale provided a loan of more than $3.1 million.
The seller was SCF RC Funding IV LLC, a subsidiary of Essential Properties Realty Trust of Princeton, New Jersey. Essential Properties had acquired the car wash facility for slightly more than $2.1 million in September 2017.
Brett Overman of Jonesboro opened the first Zips in Paragould in 2004 and now has some 180 locations in 18 states.
Zips will remain at the Sunset Avenue location with a lease with Cyark that runs through 2040.
