St. Bernards of Jonesboro Announces 3 New Hires (Movers & Shakers)

St. Bernards Healthcare of Jonesboro has announced several new hires. Dr. Soumyarsi Kambhatla has been hired as a rheumatologist. She previously was a rheumatology fellow at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Jonathan Pennington, previously a resident physician at UAMS North Central Regional Campus, has been hired as a family medicine physician. Dr. Sharath Vipparthy, previously an electrophysiologist fellow at Rush University Medical Center, has been hired as an electrophysiologist.

Carter Lee (St. Bernards Clopton Clinic)

 

Dr. Carter Lee has been hired as an internal medicine physician at St. Bernards Clopton Clinic of Jonesboro. He previously was a resident physician in St. Bernards internal medicine residency program.


Dana Moss
Dana Moss (Baptist Health)

Dana Moss, an advanced practice registered nurse, has been hired at Baptist Health Cardiology Center-Fort Smith. She has 10 years of experience in patient-centered nursing care.


Pam Kelly
Pam Kelly (Purvis Unity Health)

Pam Kelly Purvis has been named assistant vice president of behavioral health at Unity Health of Searcy. She has more than 25 years of experience in health care administration.

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Psychiatric Research Institute-Northwest in Fayetteville has hired Dr. Matt Kern and Dr. Andrea McMahon as outpatient psychiatrists. Kern and McMahon are assistant professors in the UAMS College of Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry.


David Bangs
David Bangs (Bald Knob School District)

David Bangs has been hired as interim superintendent at the Bald Knob School District. He previously was chair of graduate studies in education at Harding University.
