Bullhorn, a Boston company that provides software for the staffing and recruiting industries, in February released “The 2015 North American Staffing and Recruiting Trends Report.”
Bullhorn’s report was based on a survey of 1,285 agency recruiting professionals and examines the state of the recruiting industry.
Part of the report examines the worker skills shortage: “After a dip down from 76 percent in 2012 to 71 percent in 2013, 75 percent of respondents struggled with a skills shortage in the industries in which they recruit during 2014.”
