1 min read

Staley Technologies of Little Rock announced the expansion of its leadership team with the hiring of Martha Malek as CFO and Jay Arnold as vice president of national service.

Malek will be taking over the business’ financial planning, management and analysis, the company said in a news release. She most recently served as CFO for Arkansas Urology and has nearly a decade of financial services experience, mostly in the health care space. She’ll reported to Jason Keith, Staley Technologies president and former CFO.

Malek holds a bachelor’s in business administration and finance from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a master’s in business administration from Arkansas Tech University.

Arnold will be primarily responsible for driving revenue growth within the company’s national service business unit. He will analyze and enhance service and support operations throughout the organization’s national footprint. Arnolds previously served as a strategic account manager at AVEVA, an enterprise industrial software company. He’ll report to Mark Hardy, Staley Technologies chief operating officer.

“We carefully considered who we wanted in these key roles, and both Martha and Jay are the best possible outcome for Staley Technologies,” Andrew Faulkner, CEO of Staley Technologies, said in a news release. “Our leadership team now has additional expertise and ideas to ensure we’re meeting our business goals and serving our customers at the highest levels as we continue to grow.”
