Miles Stephens
Miles Stephens has been named president and CEO of Stephens Insurance, effective June 3.
He succeeds Marty Rhodes, who will become chairman.
Over the past four years, Stephens has been an investment banker at Stephens Inc., focused on auto retail and energy, key industries in which Stephens Insurance has a presence.
Stephens and Rhodes work together through this transition and beyond, the company said.
