Sterling Risk Expands Little Rock Staff (Movers & Shakers)

Bill Griffin, Cindy Trickey, Nick Peters and Jimbo Ramsay have been newly hired as brokers at Sterling Risk Advisors in Little Rock.

Griffin has more than 30 years of experience specializing in the construction insurance and surety field and has served as council member and board member for the Associated Builders & Contractors of Arkansas.

Trickey also has more than 30 years of experience with risk management for industries including construction, surety and bonding, property management and manufacturing accounts.

Peters joins the company with more than 22 years of experience in construction insurance and the surety industry, and Ramsay has more than 13 years of experience serving clients in the trucking, manufacturing and medical sectors.


Scott Winter has been promoted to vice president of finance at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock. He joined the company in 1996 as a staff accountant.

He has held positions of health advantage controller, statutory accounting manager and lead executive for enterprise financial reporting.
