
Dennis Curtis and Kelley Curtis Dunlap have been named to the Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list for the second year in a row. Curtis is a senior vice president/investments at Stifel Financial Corp. of St. Louis and is the branch manager of Stifel Nicolaus & Co. in Little Rock. Dunlap is senior vice president/investments with Stifel Nicolaus & Co. The 2023 Forbes list highlights more than 7,350 advisers from a pool of more than 39,000 who were nominated by their firms.
Megan Whitehead has joined FB&T Wealth Management of Magnolia as vice president of wealth management. In her new role, Whitehead will handle investments on behalf of clients and offer access to products through LPL Financial.
Brooke McCullough has been named loan processor lead at First Service Bank of Greenbrier. In her new role, McCullough will support the First Service lending team and assist with projects and audits.
Signature Bank of Arkansas Inc. of Fayetteville has promoted three employees. Ryan Dagley has been promoted to president of the Rogers market. Dagley was previously an executive vice president and loan manager, playing a key role in the development of the bank’s Harrison and Jonesboro branches. Russ Greenlee has been promoted from senior vice president loan officer to senior vice president loan manager for the bank’s Springdale market. Greenlee joined Signature in 2008 as a part-time retail banker. Clinton Ryan has been promoted to executive vice president loan manager in the bank’s Rogers market. Ryan joined Signature in 2016 and was previously a senior vice president loan manager.
Shawn Rogoff has been hired as a software developer at Mainstream Technologies of Little Rock. In his new role, Rogoff will design, develop and deploy comprehensive software solutions.
Genesis White has been named vice president of investor relations at Windstream of Little Rock. White has 14 years of experience at Windstream and will manage the company’s interactions within the investment community.
Zach Moore has been promoted to commercial vice president at Caddell Construction of Montgomery, Alabama. Moore, who is based in Bentonville, will help lead operations for commercial growth. He joined Caddell in 2017 as a senior project manager and in 2020 was promoted to director of operations, where he has been responsible for more than $575 million in work.
Heather Kane has been promoted from cashier to customer accounts manager at Conway Corp. Reece Martin has been promoted to chief plant operator at the Roger Q. Mills Water Treatment Plant.
