Stinnett Promoted, Three Hired at WER Architects (Movers & Shakers)

Elizabeth Stinnett has been appointed as a new associate at WER Architects/Planners in Fayetteville.

Stinnett has been an architect in WER’s northwest Arkansas office since 2017.

Since being at WER, she has worked on a number of projects, including the University of Arkansas Alpha Delta Pi Sorority House historic renovation and addition, the city of Bentonville Emergency Communications Center and the Razorback Baseball Development Center at Baum-Walker Stadium.

Larry Troillett, Holly Vetsch and Jordan Arrington have joinedthe firm in Little Rock.

Troillett and Vetsch join WER as architects and Arrington joins WER as an interior designer.

Troillett has 37 years of experience as a licensed architect and has worked on a variety of projects from health care units to commercial.

Vetsch graduated with a bachelor’s in architectural engineering from Oklahoma State University and has practiced structural engineering.

Arrington is a licensed interior designer who has received a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the University of Central Arkansas and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.

Gene Kitsmiller has joined Baldwin & Shell as the director of virtual design and construction in Little Rock.

Kitsmiller has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years and has a focus in architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) technology.

He is a Revit architecture certified professional and has received a certificate of mastery in computer-aided drafting with an architectural and manufacturing emphasis.
