Banking

Ashlyn Rogers has been promoted to Bank Secrecy Act analyst at Stone Bank of Little Rock. Other new promotions at the Little Rock office include Labrinna Ayers to operations specialist and Heather Plunk to Bank Secrecy Act officer.

Brittany Goings Marsh, owner of Cornerstone Pharmacy & Compounding of Little Rock, has been named to the Health Care Industry Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. In addition, J. Fletcher Hanson III, principal, executive vice president and principal broker at Moses Tucker Partners of Little Rock, has been appointed to the Real Estate Industry Council.

Jayson Krisell

Jayson Krisell has been hired as a private banking loan officer at the main branch of The Bank of Fayetteville. Krisell previously founded and managed the Krisell & Jennings Agency of Fayetteville.

Katherine Harris and Amanda Morris have been named leaders of the retail administration department at Citizens Bank of Batesville. Harris, as retail operations manager, will oversee retail banking delivery and operations, while Morris, as retail planning and development manager, will handle training, planning and execution of retail programs. In addition, Kevin Anders has been promoted to market retail manager for the central Arkansas and Hot Springs markets, and Pat Savell has been promoted to market retail manager for the north-central region.

Miranda Gauthier

Miranda Gauthier has been hired as a senior commercial loan officer at the Springdale branch of Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart.

Stephen Longinotti

Stephen Longinotti has been promoted to vice president, secondary mortgage loan originator at the Searcy branch of First Community Bank of Batesville. Longinotti, who has been with the bank since 2018, has more than a decade of banking experience.

Construction

Ben Montgomery, president of industrial services at Nabholz of Rogers, will retire in July, concluding a 25-year career with the company. Toby Finch, who will succeed Montgomery, joined Nabholz as a project manager in 2012.

Education

Landon Grimes

Jay Hughes, vice chancellor for student engagement at the University of Arkansas at Monticello, will retire from the university on June 30, concluding a 42-year career in both public and higher education. Landon Grimes, the current vice chancellor for university advancement and alumni engagement at UAM, will fill the role effective July 1.

Jianfeng “Jay” Xu, professor of biochemical engineering in the Arkansas Biosciences Institute and College of Agriculture at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, has received the Chancellor‘s Medal for Research & Creative Activities from A-State. Other recipients of the 2024-25 faculty excellence awards are Rajesh Sharma, associate professor in renewable energy technology and director of the engineering technology program, Faculty Excellence Award-Professional Service; Ehsan Naderi, assistant professor of electrical engineering and interim program director, Faculty Excellence Award-Emerging Scholar; Niamat Ibne Hossain, assistant professor of engineering management, Faculty Excellence Award-Teaching, Tenure-track; and Kayla Travis, assistant professor of nursing, Faculty Excellence Award-Teaching, Non-tenure Track.

Molly McNulty

Molly McNulty has been hired as the director of development and external relations at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. McNulty previously was a law clerk for Arkansas Court of Appeals Judge Raymond Abramson.

Health Care

Matthew B. Harrison

Matthew B. Harrison will lead the newly opened Rogers clinic of Arkansas Dental Centers of Benton. Harrison, who has more than two decades of dental experience, is a member of the American Dental Association and the Arkansas State Dental Association.

Sarah Russell

Sarah Russell, an obstetrics and gynecology provider, has been hired by Willow Creek Women’s Clinic-OBGYN Willow Creek Drive of Springdale.

Tourism

Tony Butterfield

Tony Butterfield has been named director of the Oaklawn Foundation Digital Dome Theater at the Mid-America Science Museum in Hot Springs. Butterfield brings more than three decades of experience in immersive science visualization to the role.

Utilities

Alex Barlow has been promoted to telecom construction technician 1 in the cable telecommunications department of Conway Corp., following his successful certification through the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers of Exton, Pennsylvania. In addition, Wayce Howard, a plant maintenance worker at Conway Corp., has earned his Class 1 wastewater treatment certification from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality in North Little Rock.
