Stone Bank Vaults Into $9.5M Office (Real Deals)

A 38,710-SF office building in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $9.5 million.

Stone Bank of Mountain View purchased the 12615 Chenal Parkway project from Little Rock’s Bank OZK.

The 2.79-acre site, originally developed as the headquarters of Bank OZK, was bought for $1.8 million in February 1997 from the American Taekwondo Association Inc., led by H.U. Lee.

Convenient Transaction

A 1,200-SF convenience store in Jacksonville weighed in at $1.2 million.

Landvana Holdings LLC, led by Sravanthi Joginipelli and Venkata Melapu, acquired the 713 S. First St. project. The seller is Shamrock International LLC, led by Prabhu Anand.

The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $800,000 from First Arkansas Bank & Trust of Jacksonville.

The 0.72-acre development was purchased for $146,000 in October 2012 from Mason Family LLC, led by Roger and Nancy Mason.

Jackson House

A 14-unit apartment project in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock sold for $1.08 million.

Curiokey LLC, led by Dustin Summey, bought Jackson House Apartments at 121 N. Jackson St. from Bottoms Up Real Estate Investments LLC, led by Jasen Mizell.

The deal is financed with a 20-year loan of $918,000 from First National Bank of Paragould.

Bottoms Up acquired the 0.46-acre development for $948,000 in October 2018 from Jackson Street Group LLC, led by Lane Patterson and Matt Lane.

Peninsula Property

A 70.15-acre tract along the Arkansas River changed hands in an $875,000 deal. Hastings Bay Marina Inc., led by Steven Owen, purchased the land on the north side of the Big Maumelle River across from the marina.

The seller is Lima Foxtrot LLC, led by Gene Ludwig. Ludwig bought the peninsula property at the mouth of the Big Maumelle, known by some as The Island, for $461,000 in March 1992 from River Club Development Corp., led by Barbara W. Rushing.

Beverage Building

A 1,600-SF package store in North Little Rock rang up a $710,000 sale.

I 40 Liquor & Wine LLC, led by Satvir Dhanoa and Rajinderpal Chahal, acquired Red Devil Liquor at 6012 Crystal Hill Road. The seller is Red Devil Investments LLC, led by Craig Friedman.

The deal is funded with a $414,050 loan from Centennial Bank of Conway.

Red Devil purchased the 0.25-acre site for $75,000 in May 2020 from Michael Zukoski and Cheryl Dees.

Municipal Purchase

A 7.65 acre parcel in North Little Rock drew a $650,000 transaction.

The city of North Little Rock bought the land east of the North Little Rock Wastewater complex at 7400 Baucum Pike from Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton.

Clifton Family acquired the property for $240,000 in August 2006 from Glover-Harding Investments LLC, led by Jim Glover and Tom Harding.

Mobile Foreclosure

A 1.33-acre mobile home park in Sherwood is under new ownership in a $216,222 foreclosure sale.

Key Equity Group LLC, led by Wade and Gina Radke, recovered the 3514 Hollmore St. project.

The seller is SFTS Investments LLC, led by Conley Moret. The property was tied to a $173,372 mortgage held by Key Equity.

SFTS bought the project for $188,373 in March 2021 from Key Equity Group.

Prospect Terrace I

A 5,341-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.94 million.

Palisades Way LLC, led by Steve Quattlebaum, acquired the house from John and Catherine Jones.

The Joneses gained ownership of the residence from the Brian Dennis Quinn & Virginia Garrett (Ginger) Quinn Revocable Trust for no consideration in March 2016.

The Quinns purchased the property for $800,000 in September 1999 from Dr. William Fiser and his wife, Teresa.

Ridge Residence

A 3,687-SF home in The Ridge neighborhood of Little Rock sold for $876,000.

Marc and Lauron Stewart bought the house from the Jane Boyd Prince Revocable Trust. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $657,000 from First Security Bank of Searcy.

The trust acquired the residence for $634,900 in July 2014 from Sean and Mary Glancy.

Country Club House

A 2,716-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock changed hands in an $835,000 deal.

Walter and Drew Herget purchased the house from Jens Talbert.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $751,500 from Farmers Bank & Trust of Magnolia. Talbert bought the residence for $633,000 in October 2019 from Kimon and Alias Kosmitis.

Prospect Terrace II

A 2,448-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood rang up a $767,000 sale. Cody Timmerman and Raegan Muse acquired the house from JVRC LLC, led by Jett Ricks.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $387,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

JVRC purchased the property for $400,000 in September 2022 from the Frank B. Newell & Dee Ann Anthony Newell Joint Revocable Trust.

Duclair Court

A 3,626-SF home in west Little Rock’s Duclair Court neighborhood drew a $740,000 transaction.

Justin and Michelle Franks bought the house from Stephen Harrison and Karen Fortner. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $592,000 from Magnolia’s Farmers Bank & Trust.

Harrison acquired the residence for $510,000 in March 2019 from Wilbur and Flora Giles.

Corlay Court

A 3,008-SF home in west Little Rock’s Corlay Court neighborhood is under new ownership after a $638,000 deal.

Anil Madadi and Sangeetha Gummalla purchased the house from Michael and Tracy Elliott.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $588,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville. The Elliotts bought the residence for $638,250 in June 2022 from Carol Shields.
