Modern Storage Riverdale LLC, led by Keith Richardson, bought the building at 2510 Cantrell Road from Xcited Riverdale LLC, led by T.J. Lefler.
Xcited Riverdale acquired the 2.94-acre former grocery store development on the east end of the retail center in May 2022 as part of a $16.1 million deal with Kappa Realty LLC, led by Chris Robertson Sr.
Kappa Realty purchased the formerly leased 17.6-acre shopping center site for $8.3 million in April 2019 from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Little Rock. The improvements were purchased for $4.2 million in November 1993 from New York Life Insurance Co.
Stonehaven Location
The 7.27-acre site of an assisted living center in Maumelle weighed in at $1.25 million.
Maumelle AR Holding LLC of Toms River, New Jersey, acquired the location of Stonehaven Assisted Living project at 101 Olympia Drive. The seller is CHG Senior Living Stonehaven LLC, an affiliate of Cornerstone Healthcare Group of Dallas.
The property was purchased for $500,000 in July 2005 from Osborne Development Ltd., led by Gwen Osborne.
Osborne Development bought the land in August 2004 as part of a $1.5 million deal with Theodore and Shannon Skokos and NBM Inc., led by Brian Winstead.
Office Transaction
A 5,847-SF office building in midtown Little Rock drew a $1 million transaction.
Motel Sleepers Inc., led by Leon Catlett, purchased the 501 N. University Ave. project from Hayes Street Properties LLC, led by Rocky Goodman.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $850,000 from Malvern National Bank.
Hayes Street Properties acquired the 0.35-acre development for $870,000 in June 2020 from Duncan-Liles Farms LLC, led by Randall Duncan.
Fast-Food Land
A 0.97-acre commercial site in southwest Little Rock rang up a $600,000 sale.
K-Mac Enterprises Inc. of Fayetteville bought the location at 8819 Baseline Road from Qassas Holdings LLC, led by Mohammed Qassas.
The land was purchased in May 2014 as part of a $640,000 deal with 8815 Baseline Road LLC, an affiliate of Standard Insurance Co. of Hillsboro, Oregon.
Unity Transaction
A 5,554-SF church in west Little Rock changed hands in a $500,000 transaction.
Unity Church of Little Rock sold its 2610 Reservoir Road property to Little Rock Church of Christ.
The 1.44-acre site was bought for $36,000 in March 1973 from Ronald and Jo Ann Stephens.
Woodglen Park
A 5,500-SF home in Little Rock’s Woodglen Park neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.63 million.
Kent Tiller and Jorge Tiller-Sarmiento purchased the house from J. Hamilton Builders LLC, led by John Hurst and John Magee.
The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1.2 million from Citizens Bank of Batesville.
The 0.46-acre site was acquired for $125,000 in November 2018 from Time Farms LLC, led by Gary Green.
Germay Court
A 5,530-SF home in west Little Rock’s Germay Court neighborhood weighed in at $1.32 million.
Charles and Cynthia Martin bought the house from the Selby Family Revocable Trust, led by Michael and Melinda Selby.
The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $760,000 from Wells Fargo Bank of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Michael Selby purchased the 0.54-acre site for $165,000 in February 2004 from Kevin Hughes Construction Co.
River Ridge Manor
A 5,778-SF home in Little Rock’s River Ridge Manor neighborhood is under new ownership after a $995,000 deal.
The Peacock Revocable Trust Agreement, led by Loverd and Patricia Peacock, acquired the house from William and Kimberly Golden.
The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $738,600 from Little Rock’s Bank OZK.
The Goldens bought the residence for $260,000 in May 1990 from Worthen Bank & Trust of Little Rock. The property was formerly owned by Eugene Taylor Jr. and his wife, Judy.
The Willows
A 3,879-SF home in The Willows neighborhood of east Pulaski County drew an $895,000 transaction.
Darren and Donna Bednar purchased the house from the Laudies Dow Brantley Jr. Revocable Trust and the Pauline Smith Brantley Revocable Trust.
The Brantleys bought the 1.69-acre site for $158,000 in a May 2007 court-ordered sale from Tony Ayers and Mary Smith.
Ayers and Smith acquired the land for $150,000 in January 2001 from Edward Morris Sr. and his wife, Norma.
Rural Residence
A 3,067-SF house in south Pulaski County drew an $850,000 transaction.
Blake and Kristen Brewer bought the house from Matthew and Alicia Sheppard.
The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $400,000 from Cadence Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The Sheppards purchased the 42.07-acre spread for $63,000 in May 2018 from Connie Robertson.

A 3,064-SF home in west LIttle Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood rang up a $771,993 sale.
Vijay and Jenny Patel acquired the house from Hines Homes LLC, led by Brandon Hines.
The deal is funded with a 15-year loan of $678,212 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
Hines Homes bought the 0.38-acre site for $76,000 in August 2022 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.
Downtown Condo
Ellen Williams paid the Betty L. Richards Revocable Trust $1 million for a 2,669-SF condo on the 16th floor of the 300 Third Tower in downtown Little Rock.
Richards purchased the residential space for $696,000 in November 2006 from 300 Third LLC, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker.
