Xcited Riverdale acquired the 2.94-acre former grocery store development on the east end of the retail center in May 2022 as part of a $16.1 million deal with Kappa Realty LLC, led by Chris Robertson Sr.
Kappa Realty purchased the formerly leased 17.6-acre shopping center site for $8.3 million in April 2019 from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Little Rock. The improvements were purchased for $4.2 million in November 1993 from New York Life Insurance Co.
Stonehaven Location
The 7.27-acre site of an assisted living center in Maumelle weighed in at $1.25 million.
Maumelle AR Holding LLC of Toms River, New Jersey, acquired the location of Stonehaven Assisted Living project at 101 Olympia Drive. The seller is CHG Senior Living Stonehaven LLC, an affiliate of Cornerstone Healthcare Group of Dallas.
The property was purchased for $500,000 in July 2005 from Osborne Development Ltd., led by Gwen Osborne.
Osborne Development bought the land in August 2004 as part of a $1.5 million deal with Theodore and Shannon Skokos and NBM Inc., led by Brian Winstead.

K-Mac Enterprises Inc. of Fayetteville bought the location at 8819 Baseline Road from Qassas Holdings LLC, led by Mohammed Qassas.
The land was purchased in May 2014 as part of a $640,000 deal with 8815 Baseline Road LLC, an affiliate of Standard Insurance Co. of Hillsboro, Oregon.
Unity Transaction

Unity Church of Little Rock sold its 2610 Reservoir Road property to Little Rock Church of Christ.
The 1.44-acre site was bought for $36,000 in March 1973 from Ronald and Jo Ann Stephens.
