Storage Space Sale Tops $3.4 Million (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 538-unit mini-storage property in south Pulaski County tipped the scales at $3.49 million.

Pratt Road Storage (AR) LLC of New York acquired the Storage Space project at 709 Pratt Road from Double Vision Management Co., led by Dennis White.

Double Vision bought the development for $1.2 million in December 2013 from Storage Space LLC, led by John Heavner.

Storage Space purchased the 23.4-acre site for $135,000 in June 1996 from Charles and Elta Loetscher.

Church Property

A 6.01-acre church development on the northern edge of Maumelle changed hands in an $875,000 deal.

National Property Holdings LLC, led by Michael Love and Erick Stock, bought the 21811 Highway 365N project from Pilgram Rest Missionary Baptist Church.

The deal is backed with a 25-year loan of $1 million from Stone Bank of Mountain View.

The church acquired the land for $205,000 in October 2004 from Andrea Stane and  Jimmie Brucks.

Commercial Combo

A mix of commercial property near the state Capitol and industrial land in North Little Rock attracted a $725,000 transaction.

MSKW LLC, led by Mitchell Shelby and Keith Weeks, purchased a 2,420-SF office building at 1922 W. Third St. and an adjoining 2,040-SF warehouse, a 1,560-SF office building at 1904 W. Third St. and a neighboring 0.12-acre parcel in Little Rock and two industrial parcels totaling 1.79 acres.

The sellers are Gary and Elizabeth Houston. The deal is funded with a 10-year loan of $580,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The 0.29-acre 1922 W. Third St. development was bought for $147,000 in September 2011 from Tompkins Strozyk Hendricks PA, led by Alma Strozyk and Billie Hendricks. The 0.2-acre warehouse site was acquired for $30,000 in November 2006 from CAI Properties LLC, led by Len Pitcock.

The 0.11-acre site at 1904 W. Third St. was purchased for $718 in April 1952 from A.L. Goss Jr. and his wife, Atha. The 0.12-acre parcel was bought for $1,787 in May 1992 from Charlie Daniels, commissioner of state lands.

A 0.92-acre industrial parcel and neighboring 0.87 acre near the southeast corner of House Court and Industry Drive in North Little Rock were acquired for $110,000 in July 2017 from House Properties Inc., led by Byron House.

Warehouse Sale

An 11,100-SF warehouse in Little Rock rang up a $575,000 sale.

Interfluent Center LLC, led by Adam Huey, bought the 2622 W. 12th St. project from Nimanne LLC, led by Cheryl Freeze.

The deal is financed with a 10-year loan of $460,000 from Regions Bank.

Freeze purchased the 1.13-acre site for $160,000 in October 2002 from Gil Landers.

Office-Warehouse Buy

A 10,500-SF office-warehouse in south Little Rock is under new ownership after a $410,000 deal.

The Clifton Family LLLP and Clifton Warehouse Leasing LLC, both led by Norman Clifton, acquired the Natural Gear project at 9823 Hilaro Springs Road from Colwal Roth LLC, led by Boyd Rothwell.

Colwal bought the 7.49-acre location for $60,000 in October 2008 from Concert Staging Services Inc., led by Mike Pinner.

Site Sale

Development of an office-warehouse project in North Little Rock is in motion after a $299,000 land deal. S&A Development Co. LLC, led by Ben Shields, purchased a 2.37-acre site near the southwest corner of Dewafelbakker Lane and Maumelle Boulevard.

The seller is Lusk Properties Inc., led by Daniel Lusk. Construction is backed with a $1 million loan from Centennial Bank of Conway.

Lusk Properties acquired the land in July 1996 as part of a $108,000 deal with the Shelly Rand Inc. Pension Fund, led by Sheldon and Jeanette Rand.

Med Space

A 1,600-SF medical office in west Little Rock sold for $160,000.

Baptist Health bought the second-floor space in the Medical Towers I Building at 9601 Lile Drive from B.G. Clinical Research Center LLC, led by Benny Green.

The property was purchased for $140,000 in May 2015 from Edwin and Lynn Knight.

Heights Home

A 4,302-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock weighed in at $1.05 million.

Benjamin and Ashley Jackson acquired the house from John Taylor III and his wife, Kristin. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $892,500 from Regions Bank.

The Taylors bought the residence for $995,000 in July 2017 from the Daniel W. Rahn & Lana J. Rahn Joint Trust.

PV Residence

A 3,988-SF home in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood drew a $990,000 transaction.

Christopher and Karrie Lang purchased the house from Craig and Gretchen Farrell. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $749,000 from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.

The Farrells acquired the residence for $695,000 in April 2017 from Daniel and Emily Heard.

Somersett Estates

A 4,577-SF home in the Somersett Estates neighborhood in west Pulaski County changed hands in an $830,000 deal.

Nathan and Meagan Waldrip bought the house from John Gaston.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $440,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp. The residence was purchased for $619,000 in January 2009 from Anthony and Kelly Otwell.

Waterview Estates

A pair of adjoining residential lots in the Waterview Estates neighborhood of west Pulaski County rang up a $770,000 sale.

Parkway Trails LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, acquired the combined 3.07-acre property near the southwest corner of Waterview Drive and Ridge Point Lane.

The seller is Wiggins Family Real Estate Holdings LLC, led by Joey Wiggins.

The property was bought for $650,000 in August 2020 from Waterview Estates LLC, led by Ferguson.
