The deal is backed with a 19-year funding agreement of $1.8 million from Missouri’s Springfield First Community Bank.
The 0.74-acre development previously was tied to a January 2016 mortgage of $2 million held by the bank.
The project was purchased for $1.1 million in October 2015 from Leonard R. Ellis Properties Inc.

KG Store 139 LLC, an affiliate of the Kum & Go chain based in West Des Moines, Iowa, bought the 1.57-acre parcel at the southeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Wellington Hills Road.
The seller is Chenal & Wellington Development LLC, led by Haitham Alley.
The property previously helped secure a December 2015 mortgage of $1.6 million held by Simmons Bank.
The property was acquired more than two years ago as part of a $1.6 million deal.
The seller was Kinnaman Properties Ltd., led by Lellan Kinnaman Jr. and Lellan Kinnaman III.

BSR Trust LLC, led by John Bailey, bought 5.79 acres at the southwest corner of Baseline Road and Wimbledon Loop. The seller is Otter Creek Land Co. LLC, led by Tommy Hodges.
The land was acquired in February 1973 as part of a $1.22 million deal with M.W. and Gladys Staples, R.J. and Gladys O’Connell and Josephine Graham.
Downtown Dwelling
A 5,299-SF condo in downtown Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.6 million.
Phil Pulley and Amber Fey purchased the residence on the 12th and 13th floors of The Residences at Building 5 at 5 Statehouse Plaza from Brad and Emily Canada.
