► 1900 CCLane LLC, led by Brett Barnett, bought a 6,087-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock from the Robert H. Dudley Revocable Trust for more than $3.1 million.

► Jason and Sarah Everett sold the 10,168-SF Winner’s Plaza at 501 Millwood Circle in Maumelle for nearly $1.3 million.
