Haley Stotts has been hired as business development and marketing officer by First Security Bank in Jonesboro. Stotts previously was communications coordinator and creative media designer for St. Bernards Healthcare.
David Scruggs was promoted in December to succeed Larry Olson as president and chief executive officer of Today’s Bank of Huntsville. Nathan Hurst, Marviel Radcliffe and Brittney Little also received new titles.
Scruggs, who for four years was president of the bank’s River Valley market, will manage the bank’s operations from Fayetteville.
Hurst succeeds Scruggs as president of the River Valley Market after almost four years as senior vice president and commercial lender for Today’s Bank in that market.
Radcliffe, who is executive vice president and chief operating officer, was appointed to the board of directors of the bank, where she has worked since 2002.
Little, an 18-year employee, was promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president and has added the newly created title of chief financial officer. She will continue to serve as the president and marketing director for the Huntsville market.
Blake Holzhauer and Tyler Cox have received promotions at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart.
Holzhauer has been promoted to chief commercial lending officer. He will continue his role as market president in northwest Arkansas, where Farmers & Merchants does business as The Bank of Fayetteville. He previously held the position of senior vice president and chief lending officer in northwest Arkansas at Centennial Bank.
Cox has been promoted to vice president of commercial and agricultural lending in Prairie County. He joined Farmers & Merchants in 2014 as assistant vice president and loan officer in Prairie County.
