Subaru of Little Rock to Build $5.3M Service Facility

A new Subaru facility and several new homes kick off this week’s parade of million-dollar real estate transactions and construction contracts in Pulaski County.

►  Subaru of Little Rock signed a $5.3 million construction contract to build a vehicle service facility at 12121 Col. Glenn Road.

Contractor: Bailey Construction & Consultants LLC of Little Rock.

► Ante and Annmarie Jazic bought a 4,329-SF home in Little Rock’s Edgehill neighborhood from Jared and Amy Seale for $2 million.

► John and Catherine Jones sold a 5,341-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood for more than $1.9 million to Palisades Way LLC, led by Steve Quattlebaum.

► Palisades Park II LLC, led by Lynn Marshall, purchased a 5,147-SF home in Cammack Village’s Palisade Estates neighborhood for more than $1.6 million.

Seller? Palisades Way LLC, led by Steve Quattlebaum.

► Shamrock International LLC, led by Prabhu Anand, sold a 1,200-SF convenience store at 713 S. First St. in Jacksonville for $1.2 million.

Buyer: Landvana Holdings LLC, led by Sravanthi Joginipelli and Venkata Melapu.

► YYARLLL LLC of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, acquired a 12-unit apartment project at 309 and 311 State St. in downtown Little Rock for more than $1 million.

Sellers: Bernard Kaiser III and the Willis R. Smith Revocable Trust.

► Rogers River Holdings LLC, led by Jonathan Rogers, sold an 18,680-SF office-warehouse complex at 2116-2118 W. 38th St. and 3716-3720 Harold St. in North Little Rock for more than $1 million.

Buyer? Blue Collar Holdings LLC, led by David Lee Roberts.
