James Sullivan has been promoted to partner at AMR Architects Inc. of Little Rock.
The Conway native and graduate of the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville has a 15-year history with AMR, which has three other partners.
According to the firm, Sullivan is the eighth African American architect to hold an active license to practice architecture in Arkansas.
