A 72-unit motel in North Little Rock weighed in at $1.88 million.

Titan General Contractors LLC, led by Abigail Reaves and Debra Hope, bought the Super 8 Motel at 1 Gray Road. The seller is OM Sai Shiva Hotel LLC, led by Rohi Patel.

The 3.12-acre development is helping secure a $2.7 million funding agreement with Central Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

OM Sai Shiva purchased the project for $1.2 million in January 2022 from Jhankhana Inc., led by Kailash Patel.

Paint Property

A 5,115-SF paint store in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.09 million.

SW Paint Little Rock Ltd., an affiliate of ABC Hopes in Corona, California, acquired the Sherwin-Williams store at 11825 Maumelle Blvd.

The seller is CC Lava LLC, an affiliate of Dane Capital in Overland Park, Kansas.

CC Lava bought the 0.75-acre development for $905,000 in June 2020 from Daniel and Rojean Stiffler; RSF Development LLC, led by Rodney and Sandra Foster; and J.C. Anderson Inc., led by John Anderson.

Multifamily Buy I

A 10-unit apartment project in North Little Rock rang up a $700,000 sale.

Howard Roark Holdings LLC, led by Joshua Gonzales, purchased the apartments at 2605-2623 W. 58th St. from the James A. Penney Jr. & Barbara L. Penney Revocable Trust.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $443,535 from Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

The Penneys acquired the 0.74-acre development for $145,000 in August 1986 from John and Martha Landers.

Multifamily Buy II

An eight-unit apartment building in south Little Rock drew a $341,000 transaction. Reya Properties LLC, led by Ronak Patel, bought The Galaxy project at 5910 W. 53rd St.

The seller is Ellison Ventures LLC, led by Jameson Dasgupta. The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $275,000 from Arkansas Federal Credit Union of Little Rock.

Dasgupta purchased the 0.28-acre development in May 2018 at an $85,000 foreclosure sale. The previous owner was 5910 West 53rd Street Holding LLC of Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Maumelle Land

A 9.5-acre parcel in Maumelle changed hands in a $250,000 deal.

Jess and Julie Mellenthin acquired the land on the south side of Maumelle Boulevard at Paul Eels Drive from Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton.

Clifton Family bought the land 13 months ago as part of a $250,000 deal with Margaret and William Piper Jr., Lisbeth Ensminger, Charles and Marisa Ensminger and Jim Hathaway.

Office-Showroom

A 5,776-SF office-showroom in Little Rock sold for $205,000.

CCP Investments LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, purchased the 6320 Scott Hamilton Drive project. The seller is Special Ops Uniforms of Arkansas Inc., led by Daniel Tate Jr.

Special Ops acquired the 0.73-acre development for $215,000 in July 2019 from SNS LLC, led by Scott Smith.

Heights Home

A 5,275-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock weighed in at $1.7 million.

David Backstedt and Rachel Jones bought the house from Jeff Fuller Homes LLC. The deal is financed with a 25-year loan of $1.2 million from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The 0.2-acre site was purchased in September 2021 as part of a $650,000 deal with the namesake revocable trust of June Hoes Williams.

Falstone Court

A 4,409-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.01 million.

Jeremiah and Gianna Sabado acquired the house from New Home Estates Corp. Inc., led by Drew and Tim Files.

The deal is backed with a seven-year loan of $863,098 from Encore Bank of Little Rock. New Home bought the 0.36-acre site for $126,000 in March 2021 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Woodlands Edge

A 4,010-SF home in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock rang up a $705,000 sale.

Alexis Tashima purchased the house from Jeremy and Ashley Antipolo.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $634,500 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The Antipolos acquired the residence for $525,000 in June 2014 from The Wilson Co., led by Janet Dillon.

Downtown Condo

A 1,958-SF condominium in downtown Little Rock is under new ownership after a $621,000 deal.

Pouya Hemmati bought the 13th-floor space at 300 E. Third St. from Paolo and April Lim. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $621,000 from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

The Lims purchased the residence for $630,000 in November 2016 from Jeremy and Hadley Lewno.
