A 58-room motel in Jacksonville tipped the scales at $2.57 million.

OM Shivam Inc., led by Divyesh Patel and Hitesh Patel, purchased the Super 8 by Wyndham at 1850 John Harden Drive from Shree Ganesh Krupa Inc., led by Ramesh Patel.

The seller provided a $1.8 million mortgage to fund the deal.

Shree Ganesh Krupa acquired the 1.4-acre development from J&R Associates Inc. of Jacksonville, led by Jitrendrakumar Patel.

Shearer Supply Sale

A 34,960-SF warehouse complex in Little Rock weighed in at $1.59 million.

The Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton, bought the Shearer Supply project at 6000 Scott Hamilton Drive from Robsen Holdings LLC, led by Scott Senyard.

The 2.24-acre development was acquired for $975,000 in April 2022 from OB CRE I LLC, led by Richard O’Brien.

The limited liability company purchased the property for $665,000 in December 2020 from Shearer Investments LLC of Carrollton, Texas.

Multifamily Sale

A 13-unit apartment project in North Little Rock sold for $780,000.

Al-Joy Properties, led by Samuel Emmerling, acquired Camp Robinson Townhomes at 4001 Camp Robinson Road. The seller is BTB Vitae LLC, led by Tyler Turchi, and Staley Holdings Inc., led by Brent Staley.

The deal is backed with a one-year loan of $734,002 from Gateway Bank of Rison.

BTB Vitae bought the 0.49-acre development for $580,000 in August 2021 from Brisas Del Norte LLC, led by Joi Pryor and Lee Hatcher.

Downtown Argenta

A vacant 1,600-SF convenience store in downtown North Little Rock is under new ownership after a $550,000 deal.

Sukhmeet LLC, led by Jatinder Singh, purchased the 710 Main St. project from Lewis Holding Inc., led by Kenneth Lewis.

Lewis Holding acquired the 0.69-acre development for $57,000 in August 2002 from Tommy and Kathleen Moore.

Park Hill Manor

A 12,449-SF house in North Little Rock’s Park Hill neighborhood tipped the scales at $2.28 million.

Denisha Shepard bought the home from 3700 Avondale LLC, led by Marcus Barela.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $2.2 million from United Wholesale Mortgage LLC of Pontiac, Michigan.

3700 Avondale purchased the 5.5-acre residential spread for $1.4 million in July 2021 from Joseph William “Billy” Folen IV.

Hillcrest Abode

A 3,003-SF home in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock rang up an $830,000 sale.

Helene Rayder acquired the house from William and Tracy Slabaugh.

The Slabaughs bought the residence for $463,125 in January 2015 from the Jetton Living Trust, led by Keith and Lynne Jetton.

Woodlands Edge

A 3,476-SF home in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock drew a $710,000 transaction.

Uma Matapathi purchased the house from Travis Eastin and Carly Snipes. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $639,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

Eastin and Snipes acquired the residence for $547,000 in April 2014 from Mark Baker Custom Homes Inc.

Villages of Wellington

A 4,108-SF home in west Little Rock’s Villages of Wellington neighborhood changed hands in a $705,000 deal.

Nishank Jain and Deepa Raghaven bought the house from Chandra Dasari and Chitra Nadagoundla. The deal is backed with a 20-year loan of $510,000 from the Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

Dasari and Nadagoundla purchased the residence for $510,000 in June 2020 from Bernard and Ginger Cozad.

Lamarche Place

A 4,517-SF home in west Little Rock’s Lamarche Place neighborhood sold for $675,000.

Julie Dolven acquired the house from Steven and Ashley Smith. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $641,250 from Gateway First Bank of Jenks, Oklahoma.

The Smiths bought the residence for $530,000 in January 2017 from Phillip and Lauri Currier.

The Oaks

A 3,638-SF home in The Oaks neighborhood of west Little Rock is under new ownership after a $667,500 transaction.

Holly Meadows purchased the house from Michele Rossi. The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $250,000 from First Security Bank of Searcy.

The residence was acquired for $470,000 in November 2015 from New York’s Nomura Home Equity Loan Inc.’s 2007-1 series of mortgage-backed securities.

Mereville Place

The Rodney A. Thomason Revocable Trust paid $1.06 million for a new 3,980-SF home in west Little Rock’s Mereville Place neighborhood.

The seller, James H. Price Inc., bought the 0.19-acre site for $98,000 in August 2023 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.
