2 min read

Allen North has been named managing principal of DD&F Consulting Group of Little Rock.

Background: Allen North graduated from Murray State University in Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He went on to earn a Federal Reserve System examiner commission in 1997.

Experience: In his 18-year career with the Federal Reserve Bank in St. Louis, North most recently served as vice president of banking supervision, credit, community development and learning innovation. Prior to that position, he was assistant vice president of safety and soundness field supervision for Arkansas, Kentucky and Illinois. In addition to his time at the Fed, North spent two years in community banking working in lending and special assets.

New Position: As managing principal of DD&F, North will oversee risk management, regulation and compliance for the company’s clients. Initially, North will work out of the company’s Little Rock headquarters, but DD&F plans to open a new office in St. Louis where North lives. "We are indeed fortunate to have Allen join our firm," Randy Dennis, president of DD&F, said. "He is well known in the banking community and has earned their respect. With his in-depth  knowledge of regulatory and compliance as well as the relationships he has built during his tenure with the Fed, he will be an invaluable addition to our team as we help community banks navigate the changes that are affecting the banking landscape. We are proud to have him on board."
