Stephanie Meincke is the new executive director of the Arkansas Coalition for Excellence in Little Rock.
Background: Meincke received a bachelor’s in sociology and psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a master’s in social work administration from Florida State University.
Experience: Meincke comes to the Arkansas Coalition for Excellence from the Arkansas Department of Health, where she managed a grant portfolio of nearly $10 million. She has also served as the CEO of the Family Source, Florida’s child abuse prevention network, and she teaches nonprofit management at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
New Job: The Arkansas Coalition for Excellence is Arkansas’ nonprofit association and representative in the National Council of Nonprofits. "We feel fortunate to have found such a qualified leader for ACE and Arkansas’ nonprofit sector," said Diane LaFollette, the ACE board chairperson. "We are confident that Stephanie has the knowledge, passion and leadership skills to continue to carry out the mission of ACE, to strengthen Arkansas nonprofits."
